If you went online to https://play.nmjlonline.com and the game wouldn't load, there are several things you can try.
Clear cache. The menu options for this vary depending on which browser you use. Go to your favorite search engine and type "how to clear cache in [browsername]". Then go again to https://play.nmjlonline.com and see if it loads now. The NMJL Online development team may have updated the game, and your browser may have cached the previous version.
Try a Private Window (also called an Incognito Window or an InPrivate Window, depending on which browser you use). Your browser surely has either a three-dots icon or a "hamburger" icon (three stacked bars), probably at the upper right corner. Click that icon to produce the drop-down menu. (If this explanation isn't helpful given the specifics of your browser, go to your favorite search engine and search "how to access private window in [browsername]".) In the drop-down menu you may find "Private Window" or "Incognito Window," etc. Click that and go to https://play.nmjlonline.com and see if it loads now.
Force-Refresh the browser page. How to Force Refresh a Page in Safari, Chrome, and Edge:

In Safari
Mac:
Press Command (⌘) + Option (⌥) + R.
iPhone/iPad:
See https://support.apple.com/en-gw/102456 - You may need to force quit after following those steps. To force close Safari, one would swipe up from the bottom of the screen, find Safari in the App Switcher, and swipe it up to close it completely before reopening. But we recommend using the app rather than the browser if you are using an Apple mobile device.

In Edge

Press Ctrl + F5.
