If the game is running very slow and you're using the Chrome browser, try this:
- Click on the Google Chrome menu - In the top right hand corner of Google Chrome is a button made of three vertical dots. Click on the button to open the Chrome menu.
- Settings - Scroll down in the Google Chrome menu to find “Settings.” Click “Settings.”
- System - Chrome will open up a new tab displaying some settings. On the left hand side, click “System.”
- Use graphics acceleration when available – On the right side of the Google Chrome window, find the option “Use graphics acceleration when available” and make sure it is turned on. (To tell if the option is on or off, look for a “control switch” to the right of the option. When the setting is turned off, the control is gray with an indicator ball on the left. When the setting is turned on, the control is blue, and the indicator ball is larger and on the right. If the setting is not turned on, click the control to turn it on.)
- Relaunch Google Chrome - After you turn on the setting, you will need to restart or “relaunch” Google Chrome. The word “Relaunch” will appear to the left of the control. Click “Relaunch” to restart Google Chrome.
