No sound, no audio on iPad / iPhone

First, please make sure Bluetooth is off or that you have no Bluetooth devices attached. Sometimes people have Bluetooth headphones or earbuds connected and sound is sidetracked through those when people don't mean them to be on.

On some devices, sound is contextual, meaning it's adjustable for each game. You've probably tried using the volume buttons to turn up the volume while the game is playing, but just in case you haven't, please do try that. Also, you can try rebooting the device to see if that helps.

Next check whether System Sounds are muted. System sounds don't include certain media players, so this might be the issue if videos have sound but games do not.

Go to Settings > Sounds > and make sure the switch for "Silent Mode" is NOT on.

You can also try uninstalling our app and re-installing it to see if that helps. It's always worth a try.
