Why wouldn't the computer let me call a discard?
#1
Either you were trying to do something against the rules, or another player in your game (a live person, not a bot) didn't notice that he or she needed to Pass on the discard. Check the three-dots indicator by the other players at the table. If someone's three dots are flickering, he or she is "thinking" about whether or not to claim the current live discard. If you're all using the Chat feature, you can ask them to move or press Pass. If you're on speaker phone with one another as you play, you can ask them to please make a move or press Pass.

Examples why the computer won't let you call a discard:

- You don't have enough identical tiles to form a legal exposure. Remember that a NEWS is not a kong, and 202X is also not a kong. The game will not permit calling a discard to expose a single or pair.

- Your tiles comprise a Concealed hand, and you have an exposure atop your rack.

When emailing customer support with a "why couldn't I call" question, always include a screenshot.
