NMJL Online should run in a browser on your Android, but if you want the app, you can soon get it in the same place you get other Android apps: the Google Play Store. Just type "NMJL Online" in the Search box. The app is free to download, but to play, you will need to purchase a subscription at https://nationalmahjonggleague.org/ (click "The Store").
