The steps are:
3. A dialog box will pop up asking you to enter your e-mail address. Your e-mail address could already be there because it is stored, and that is okay. If it isn't typed there already, click in the Email field and type your e-mail address. (NOTE: You may not see your cursor after you click there, but when you start typing, you should see the text you typed. This is normal in our game).
4. Double check to be sure you've typed your e-mail address correctly.
5. Click the Reset button, and the dialog box will close.
6. At the bottom of the screen, you should see the message, "If we found your account, an email has been sent." (If you don't, you may have accidentally pressed "Cancel" instead of Reset. Go back to step 2 and try again).
7. Check your email for our password reset email. It may take a few minutes, and please check your other folders if necessary.
8. When you have the password email, please go to play.nmjlonline.com and type your e-mail address on the main page in the field where it says Email. (Again, it could already be there because it is stored, and that is okay).

11. Now you should see the Change Password Screen, where the game should display your E-mail address (which you can delete and re-type if it was stored wrong for some reason, but it shouldn't be).
12. Where it says "Current Password," it should already be filled in, and you can ignore it. (But if not, what it's asking for is the temporary password you just used to log in, so you can TYPE (not paste) the temporary password from the email you received, the one you used to start this process. Again, click the eye to the right of the field to make sure it's correct.)
13. Now TYPE your desired new password in the New Password field. Be sure to click on the eye to the right of the field to see the typed password and check if it is correct.
14. Also TYPE the same password in the Confirm Password field. Click on the eye to the right of the field to see the typed password and ensure it is correct.
15. Click on the "Accept" button.
16. If at the bottom of the screen you get the "Password change failed..." message, double check that the temporary password you typed in that "Current Password" field (the second field on the screen) is correct. (Of course, verify your e-mail address, too, but that temporary password can be tricky with zeros and such). If you need to, please adjust what is typed in the fields and try clicking "Accept" again.
17. You should get a message at the bottom of the screen that says "Your Password has been changed," and the button on the screen should change to "Exit." Click the Exit button.
18. You should now be taken to the NMJL Online Login page.

11. Now you should see the Change Password Screen, where the game should display your E-mail address (which you can delete and re-type if it was stored wrong for some reason, but it shouldn't be).

20. Please remove any password that's already in the password field and TYPE the new password you chose in the previous steps into the Password field (and if the eye to the right hasn't already been clicked, please click it to verify it's correct.)
21. At this point, you can click the checkbox next to "Remember Me" if you want the Web browser to remember your password and enter it into the game for you. That way you don't have to remember your password to log in.
22. Click the Login button.
Your password should now be reset, and you should be able to play a game.
