If you're using an iPad or iPhone, some of Apple's Web browsers or Operating System versions don't properly implement the standards for a protocol called WebGL, which is used by NMJL Online.
So if you are getting errors with “WebGL” or “Null” in them, the simplest solution is to use our iPad/iPhone App instead of a Web browser.
To install our iPad/iPhone App, please open the Apple App Store, search for "NMJL Online," and tap Get to start the installation. You may need to enter your Apple ID password or use Touch ID to confirm the installation.
After it installs, you can open it from the App Store or find the icon on your home screen. The icon is black, with "NMJL Online" on it in red and white.
Before you log in for the first time, you'll need to set up your game account (if you have not done so before) by following the instructions in your welcome e-mail.
On the login screen, where you'll type your e-mail address and password, the password field will jump to the top once you've filled out your e-mail address. This is to make sure it stays above the onscreen keyboard.
The one thing that doesn't stay above the keyboard is the "Remember Me" checkbox. If you want to, you can deactivate the keyboard to see the checkbox and press the box next to "Remember Me" to put a checkmark in it, and the App will remember your username and password, so you won't have to remember your password or type it in when you log in.
If you have successfully gotten into NMJL Online by downloading the app, you don't need to read the rest of this FAQ. Have fun with NMJL Online!

But if you want to continue exploring browser usage in an Apple device, you may read on...
There is a known issue that some Apple mobile devices may not be able to run NMJL Online in a browser. For some devices, that issue was fixed in iOS 18.3.1, but not for all devices.
To find out what operating system your iPad or iPhone has, you can go to Settings > General > About (https://support.apple.com/en-us/109065).
If you’re comfortable with updating your device’s operating system, you may try doing that. For some devices, updating the operating system fixes the compatibility issue, and you can then play using Safari, at https://play.nmjlonline.com/.
The first thing you should try, if you get an error message when trying to log in to NMJL Online, is to try a different browser. The default browser is Safari. If Safari produces an error message on the login screen, you can close the browser and try again. If the problem persists, try another browser, like Firefox or Opera or Brave or Chrome.
If the game will not run in any browser on your Apple mobile device, download the NMJL Online app from the Apple App Store.
