The National Mah Jongg League, Inc. (the "League") is the owner and operator of the interactive game, "NMJL Online" (the "App") appearing on the Internet at the domain address https://play.nmjlonline.com and in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and on the Internet web site https://faqs.nmjlonline.com (the "FAQS Site"). The App and the FAQS Site, together, constitute, and are referred to hereinafter as, the "Game".
These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the Game, no matter whether you gained access through the League, the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or through any other vendor or source.
Your acceptance of, agreement, and remaining in compliance with, these Terms of Service is a requirement for your continued access and use of the Game.
This document was updated 2026-02-22 to incorporate language related to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store versions of the game, and to subscription policies. Language clarifying usage of trade names and logos was also added, and a few minor typographical errors were corrected. A link to our Privacy Policy was also added.
The League is a New York not-for-profit corporation with offices at 450 7th Avenue, Suite 405, New York, NY 10123, United States of America. These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") cover the terms and conditions by which we offer you access to use the Game and your Account (as explained in Section 1.3 below). This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the League. By accessing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit or exclude the application of any mandatory consumer laws in your jurisdiction of residence. If you do not agree to all of the terms in this Agreement, you are not permitted to use the Game or to create and maintain an associated Account as a registered user of the Game.
Please read this Agreement carefully.
We grant you a limited, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or have a legal right to use and only in accordance with these Terms of Service. You have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation, or any enhancements or modifications thereto, provided to you in order to access the Game. You may not sublicense, assign or transfer any rights granted to you by the League, and any attempt at such sublicense, assignment or transfer will be null and void. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
Without limiting the foregoing, nothing in the limited license granted in this Agreement authorizes use of the Game or your Account in any manner to develop, train, enhance, or provide source material for, or promote, any Generative AI Tools; and for the avoidance of doubt, any such uses are hereby explicitly prohibited. "Generative AI Tools" means any tool or computer program that uses algorithms or technology commonly known as artificial intelligence or machine learning to create or generate content such as, but not limited to, software code, written text, still or moving images, musical works, human voice emulation, audio material, or other creative works based on text, image, sound prompts, or other inputs. If we terminate your Account or this Agreement in accordance with the provisions in this Agreement, any license from us to you to use the Game and your Account ends immediately.
The Game is intended for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use only. All materials published or available via the Game (including, but not limited to text, photographs, images, illustrations, designs, audio clips, video clips, "look and feel," metadata, data, or compilations, all also known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by the League or the third party credited as the provider of the Content. The League also owns copyright in the selection, coordination, compilation, and enhancement of such Content ("Arrangement"). You shall abide by all additional copyright notices, information, or restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Game. Non-commercial use does not include the use of Content without prior written consent from the League in connection with: (1) the development of any software program, including, but not limited to, training a machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) system; or (2) providing archived or cached data sets containing Content to another person or entity.
The Game and all elements of the Game is/are protected by copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, database rights, sui generis rights and other intellectual or proprietary rights pursuant to U.S. and international laws. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new works from, distribute, perform, display (including framing and inline linking), communicate to the public or in any way exploit, the Game, in whole or in part, unless explicitly and unambiguously authorized to do so, in writing, by an authorized representative of the League.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you are hereby granted limited permission to capture and display screen shots of gameplay for the sole purposes of reviewing or commenting on the Game and/or for sending support requests to our staff for their review.
Age Restrictions and Legal Responsibility. As used in this Agreement, "you" or "your" means the individual end-user interacting with the Game; if such user is under 18 (or the minimum legal age of adulthood in your country), then "you" or "your" means the end-user's parent or legal guardian entering into this Agreement on the end-user's behalf. You, or any person under your supervision, should only use the Game if you, or the person under your supervision, are above the minimum age rating for the Game. Minors under 18 (or the legal age of adulthood in your country), must ask their parent or guardian to review and explain this Agreement to them, and to agree to this Agreement on their behalf. If you accept this Agreement on behalf of a minor, you should supervise the minor's use of the Game, including any Account used by such minor. If you are the parent or guardian of a minor and you agreed to this Agreement on their behalf, you agree that you will be responsible for all uses of the Game, including any Accounts, by your child whether or not such uses were explicitly authorized by you. You are legally and financially responsible for all of your actions while using or accessing the Game, including the actions of anyone you allow to access the Game through your Account.
Modifications to This Agreement. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice to you. If you do not wish to agree to the terms of the modified Agreement, you are no longer authorized or licensed to access the Game once the modified Agreement takes effect. By actively continuing to use the Game after the modified Agreement becomes effective, you agree to be bound by the Agreement, as modified. If you do not wish to agree to the modified Agreement, you may terminate your use of the Game.
Your Account. Some elements of the Game may require that you create a user "Account". To create an Account, you may be asked to provide an email address, a username, a password, and such other information as we may deem necessary in connection with the creation of your Account, all of which will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information about you when creating an Account. You are responsible for keeping your Account username and password secret. You also agree not to sell, transfer, or share your Account, or your Account's username or password, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. We have the right to deny the creation of any Account, for any reason under any circumstances, and we reserve the right to deny access to, suspend, or terminate any Account that in our belief, violates this Agreement, and to delete any Account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may provide patches, updates, or upgrades to the Game or your Account that may be required to continue using the Game, including automatic or "in the background" updates without notice to you. Such updates are subject to this Agreement unless other terms are presented with the updates, in which case, those other terms apply. We are not obligated to make any updates available. We do not guarantee that we will support (or continue to support) the version of the system or device for which you licensed, obtained, or purchased any part of the Game.
We may from time to time, without additional cost to you, modify, alter, or suspend, whether in whole in part, any of the Game and/or your Account. Reasons for such action may include, without limitation: improvement of the Game and/or your Account (such as offering new or updated Content); changes necessary for game balancing, for bug fixing and/or to prevent or counter exploits; changes that are necessary due to a new technical environment or an increased or decreased number of users; suspected or actual intellectual property infringement; changes in licenses we hold from third parties or other third-party compliance requirements; termination of agreements we have with third-parties for whatever reason; changes of specific and verifiable open market costs; necessary enhancements for the safety of users or other third parties; or other material, legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Auto-Generated Players. As part of the Game, we may offer you the opportunity to play with your friends or with computer-controlled players that play like real people; such "bots" will be identified by readily recognizable names and icons within the Game.
Internet-Based Game. The Game requires a connection to the Internet via a wired, wireless or cellular network and, as a result, may therefore receive certain standard information about the device, system, and software used by you to connect. Such information is collected and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for the maintenance and reliability of your Internet connection at your own cost and for any usage fees which may arise as a result of your Internet access to the Game.
You acknowledge that any content that you create in connection with the Game (including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photographs) ("User-Generated Content") may be edited, removed, modified, reformatted, published, transmitted, and displayed by the League in its sole discretion (or it may refrain from doing so), and you waive any rights you may have in connection with any such actions taken (or the absence of such actions taken) by the League. User-Generated Content may also be included in RSS feeds and APIs and made available for republishing through other formats.
You grant the League a perpetual, nonexclusive, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free, fully-paid, sub-licensable license to the User-Generated Content, which includes without limitation the right for the League, or any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, communicate to the public, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or developed at any time, any User-Generated Content, including any User-Generated Content posted on or to the Game through a third party.
You are solely responsible for the content of User-Generated Content. However, while the League does not and cannot review all User-Generated Content and is not responsible for the content of these messages, the League reserves the right to delete, move, or edit User-Generated Content that it, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, in violation of copyright or trademark laws, in violation of these Terms of Service, or otherwise unacceptable.
By creating User-Generated Content, you are consenting to its display and publication in and in association with the Game and for related online and offline promotional uses.
No Illegal Conduct or Unauthorized Commercial Exploitation. You agree that:
(1) You will only use the Game for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable laws.
(2) You will not use the Game in connection with any wager of any money or other thing of value unless subject to separate, express written terms provided by the League permitting such conduct.
(3) You will use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, and you will not commercially exploit the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating, creating, or maintaining any unauthorized connection to the Game (including, any unauthorized server that modifies, emulates, or otherwise connects to any of the Game), offering the Game in any commercial setting, organizing tournaments or competitions using the Game, and/or distributing the Game without consent of the League.
Respect Intellectual Property. You agree that you will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute any Material that infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights or otherwise violates the terms of this Agreement.
Code of Conduct. You agree that:
(1) You will not interfere with or adversely impact any other users' ability to use the Game as intended; to gain an unfair gameplay advantage; or to gain access to Content to which you do not have valid entitlement. This includes the use of cheats, unauthorized mods, hacks, glitches, or other technical exploits, and phishing, scamming, or social engineering.
(2) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute any content of an audiovisual nature ("Material") that violates or invades another person's privacy. This includes "doxxing" i.e. sharing or threatening to share information to embarrass, intimidate, harm, or harass another person.
(3) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute any Material that you know or reasonably should know is misleading, false, or fraudulent. You will not use the Game to engage in "spam," i.e. repeatedly or periodically misuse a communication channel in a way that disrupts or interferes with the operations of the Game, advertises any third-party product or service, or adversely impacts any other end-user's ability to use the Game as intended.
(4) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute Material that contains actual or shockingly realistic depictions or descriptions of gore, violence, torture, or animal cruelty. This includes all depictions of such content, regardless of whether the Material is real or manipulated media, animation, computer-generated imagery, or other digital creation.
(5) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute Material or engage in conduct that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize, encourage, or knowingly result in another person's eating disorder, suicide, or other acts of physical self-harm. This includes Material or conduct that is reasonably understood to facilitate or encourage another person to physically harm or starve themselves; to consume dangerous amounts of alcohol, drugs, or other substances; and to engage in or threaten self-harm to intimidate, manipulate, or coerce someone else.
(6) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute Material or engage in conduct that is abusive, bullying, harassing, or is determined by the League in its a sole judgment to be a physical or verbal threat against another person. This includes Material that is defamatory and conduct such as camping, griefing, stream sniping, swatting, or other abusive in-game behavior.
(7) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute any Material or engage in conduct that is lewd, immoral, pornographic, obscene, or sexually harassing. This includes distributing unsolicited or unwanted sexually suggestive Material; engaging in unsolicited or unwanted sexualization of another person; making threats or attacks based on another person's actual, perceived, or supposed sexuality, gender identity, or sexual activity; or the unauthorized sharing of another's sexually suggestive or explicit content without their consent (i.e. "revenge porn").
(8) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute any Material that depicts, promotes, or attempts to normalize, encourage, or knowingly result in sexual abuse of any person. This includes but is not limited to Material that in any way sexualizes minors, including real or manipulated media, animation, computer-generated imagery, or other digital creation; engaging or attempting to engage in sexually suggestive or explicit communication with any person; and soliciting sexually suggestive or explicit Material from, or sharing such Material with, any person.
(9) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute Material or engage in conduct that constitutes hate speech or behavior, which we define to be any form of expression that is determined by us to attack or promote hatred or violence against an individual or group based on any of the following characteristics: age; color or race; disability; ethnicity; gender or gender identity; national origin or immigration status; religious affiliation; sex or sexual orientation; military service; socioeconomic class, status, or caste; or weight, size, or body type.
(10) You will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute Material or engage in conduct that depicts, promotes, or supports violent extremism or terrorism. This includes any Material or conduct which is determined by us to endorse or support extremist violence or the perpetrators of such acts; and/or promote extremist ideologies or conspiracy theories that encourage or incite violence against others.
(11) In addition to the foregoing, you will not use the Game to create, upload, or distribute any other Material or engage in any conduct that is otherwise illegal or use the Game to attempt or conspire to commit any of the violations specified in this Agreement.
No Technical Exploits. You agree that:
(1) You will not use IP proxying or other methods to disguise your location or place of residence including, without limitation, to circumvent geographical restrictions on access to Content, access controls, or technical protective measures; or to engage in activities that are unlawful based on applicable local law.
(2) You will not use the Game via, or copy any Content to, a remote server, virtual PC, or other system or network including, without limitation, one that enables (or purports to enable) the Game or Content to be downloaded or streamed to one or more separate Internet-enabled devices.
(3) You will not use, promote, or make available any bug, glitch, exploit, cheat, hack, script, bot, unauthorized mod, or other methods designed to maliciously interact with the Game, including without limitation, to breach this Agreement; to collect information or user data; exploit system vulnerabilities; circumvent content moderation or filtering systems; or otherwise intercept, redirect, or interfere with the operation of the Game.
(4) You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble (except where permitted under applicable legal exceptions), display, perform, prepare derivative works based on, or otherwise modify the Game, in whole or in part, without our explicit prior written consent.
(5) You will not use the Game to distribute, upload, or transmit any software, scripts, code, or other information (including, but not limited to, any virus, worm, timebot, cancelbot, trojan horse, hacks, or other harmful code) to modify or alter the Game in any way not expressly authorized in writing by the League, or to transmit such information.
Supporting or Encouraging Violations. You agree that you will not provide material support to any third party's violation or attempted violation of this Agreement. This includes providing financial support; know-how, expertise, or other assistance; or repeated encouragement to engage in conduct that violates this Agreement.
Applicability to Employees, Agents, and Contractors. For clarity, the rules for conduct and behavior in this Section apply to your communications and interactions with the League's employees, agents, and contractors including, without limitation, individuals on our customer support, engineering, security, or community teams.
Consequences for Violations. If you breach the Agreement, including without limitation these User Rules (as amended from time to time), the League reserves the right to take adverse action against you including, without limitation: resetting some or all in-game progress associated with your Account; suspending your access to some or all of the Game and/or your Account; terminating your access to some or all of the Game or closing your Account in accordance with the termination provisions below; barring you from creating an Account or accessing the Game in the future; or taking appropriate legal action to enforce this Agreement or our other rights under applicable law. We may notify law enforcement or other government agency or regulatory body, and provide any associated personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy, if the breach involves a threat to the life or safety of yourself or others, or any other activity that we believe to be unlawful. We reserve the right to take adverse action against you based on information we might receive from third parties including, without limitation, other users, law enforcement, government agencies or other regulatory authorities. We are not liable for any violation of this Agreement by you or by any other user.
The League may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Game for any reason, including, without limitation, breach or assignment of these Terms of Service. The provisions of these Terms of Service will survive the termination of your account or access to all or part of the Game.
Monitoring; User Tools and Automated Systems. We may (but are not obligated to) actively monitor use of the Game for a variety of different purposes, including preventing cheating and hacking; ensuring your compliance with this Agreement; enforcing the terms of this Agreement; and improving/updating the Game.
The Game may employ moderation and filtering systems, such as automated word filters and content or symbol-recognition software, which are intended to prevent or cease the distribution of Material that violates this Agreement. The Game may also include tools to enable users to control their interactions with other users, such as allowing users to opt-in to in-game text chat or voice communications, or to enable users to "mute" or block other users. The Game may feature reporting tools, either in-game or via dedicated support websites, through which users can report violations of these User Rules for our review.
The features and tools described above may incorporate algorithms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other automated systems to help us accomplish the purposes described in this Section at the scale and scope needed to effectively maintain the Game for our end-users.
THE GAME, COMPUTER SOFTWARE EMBODYING THE GAME, EACH OF THE INTERNET WEBSITES THAT COMPRISE ELEMENTS OF THE GAME, AND ALL ITS AND THEIR CONTENTS, IS/ARE PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "WHERE IS." THE LEAGUE MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, DATA ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN APPLICABLE LAW, THE ENTIRE RISK ASSOCIATED WITH ACCESSING AND USING THE GAME IS ASSUMED BY YOU.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE LEAGUE OR ANY OTHERS INVOLVED IN CREATING THE GAME AND ITS CONTENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY CIRCUMSTANCE INVOLVING THE GAME OR ITS CONTENT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, MISDIRECTED OR REDIRECTED TRANSMISSIONS, FAILED INTERNET CONNECTIONS, UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THIS WEBSITE, LOST DATA, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, BREACH OF SECURITY, LINE FAILURE, DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF ANY USER OF THE PRODUCT, OR COMPUTER VIRUS, WORM, TROJAN HORSE OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENT), EVEN IF YOU HAVE ADVISED THE LEAGUE IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
THE LEAGUE DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE MATERIALS IN THIS PRODUCT IN TERMS OF THEIR TIMELINESS, CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE. WHILE WE MAKE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROVIDE ACCURATE AND TIMELY INFORMATION ABOUT THE LEAGUE VIA THIS PRODUCT, YOU SHOULD NOT ASSUME THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS ALWAYS UP-TO-DATE OR THAT THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS ALL THE RELEVANT INFORMATION AVAILABLE ABOUT THE LEAGUE. WE UNDERTAKE NO OBLIGATION TO VERIFY OR MAINTAIN THE CURRENCY OF SUCH INFORMATION. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. However, in no event shall the League's aggregate liability to you or any third party for damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Game or $100, whichever is lesser. You agree to bring any and all actions within one year from the date of the accrual of the cause of action, and that actions brought after this date will be barred. You further agree that: (i) any claim you bring will be on your own behalf as an individual, and you will not participate in or be part of any class action or mass tort action that may be brought against the League; and (ii) you irrevocably waive your right to trial by jury and agree that liability in connection with your claim will be decided by a judge.
In the event that you have a dispute with the League, you release the League (and its officers, directors, agents, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code section 1542 which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially altered his settlement with the debtor."
The Game may contain links to third-party websites and other resources (collectively, "Linked Content"). The League does not control, endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept responsibility for any of this Linked Content. Because we are not responsible for the availability of these outside resources, or their contents or privacy practices, you should direct any concerns regarding any Linked Content to such site.
NMJL Online, National Mah Jongg League and other related names and marks are trademarks of The National Mah Jongg League, Inc. All rights reserved. Other marks are the property of their respective owners.
The logos and trade dress for the National Mah Jongg League and NMJL Online are similarly the property of the League and may not be used unless explicitly and unambiguously authorized, in writing, by an authorized representative of the League.
These Terms of Service have been made and will be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of New York as an agreement wholly performed in the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions and the United Nations Conventions on Contracts (if applicable).
Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Game or these Terms of Service must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. Any claim by you that may arise in connection with these Terms of Service will be compensable by monetary damages and you will in no event be entitled to injunctive or other equitable relief.
Nothing in these Terms of Service will serve to preempt the promises made in our Privacy Policy.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, it is the policy of the League, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the registration account of a member who is deemed to infringe third-party intellectual property rights or to remove User-Generated Content that is deemed to be infringing. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, is displayed via or in association with the Game, and such use is not otherwise permitted pursuant to this Agreement, please provide substantially the following information to our Copyright Agent (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):
(1) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
(2) a description of your copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
(3) a description of where the material you claim is infringing is located within the Game (providing us with website URL or screenshot, if possible, is the quickest way to help us locate content quickly);
(4) your address, telephone number, and e-mail address;
(5) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(6) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.

A subscription plus a physical card is required in order to play the NMJL Online game. The card can be ordered from https://nationalmahjonggleague.org/Store.aspx. The card is not available in electronic form.
For new users, the subscription time period begins upon activation of the product ("Activate Account" button on the main screen of the application). We recommend that users who order both cards and subscriptions at the same time wait until their cards arrive in the mail before activating their accounts.
Subscriptions are available for durations of one month ("Monthly"), three months ("Quarterly") and one year ("Annual"). Only one subscription can be purchased at a time. Additional purchases will result in extension of the subscription time period by the corresponding amount. For example, if a user purchases a Quarterly subscription and then a Monthly subscription, their account will be active for a total of four months.
If the primary payment method fails, Apple/Google will typically attempt to charge other eligible payment methods in order from top to bottom as they appear on the account settings payments page. On an Apple device, the primary payment method appears at the top of the account settings payments page. For Google users, the payment method may be found on the Payment Methods page of the Google Play Store app.
All sales are final, and in general we do not give refunds. Requests for refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The total purchase price includes the cost of the subscription plus applicable taxes, if any.
For Apple users who wish to cancel a subscription or request a refund:

For Google Play (Android) users who wish to cancel a subscription or request a refund:
· On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
· Select the subscription you want to cancel.
· Tap Cancel subscription.
· Follow the instructions.

· Go to Google Play and log in to your account.
· Click on your profile picture and then select "Payments and subscriptions".
· Find the subscription you want to refund in your order history and click "Report a problem".
· Select the option that best describes your situation and follow the instructions to request a refund.
Please note that deleting an app DOES NOT cancel the associated subscription. Charges will continue to be billed until cancellation of the subscription is requested and processed.
If approved, any refund will be applied to the original payment method. Users cannot request a refund for a pending charge. Approved refunds may take up to 60 days to be processed.
Users will be notified if the price of a subscription increases and, if required, their consent will be required to continue. We reserve the right to cancel a subscription if the user does not agree to material changes to the subscription for which we require consent.
Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and the League and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless made in writing and signed by the League. No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any right or any power hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right or power hereunder preclude further exercise of any other right hereunder. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any applicable purchase or other terms, this Agreement shall govern.
You agree that we may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. You may not assign your rights or transfer your obligations under this Agreement or transfer any rights to use the Game or your Account. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall either be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable or removed from the Agreement entirely and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain effective. Either party may disclose information related to this Agreement or use of the Game as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
You must comply with all applicable domestic and international export laws and regulations (which may be amended from time to time) that apply to the Game or your Account, which include restrictions on destinations, users, and use. You agree not to use, export, re-export, download, or otherwise transfer any part of the Game or your Account into (or to a national or resident of) any country to which the U.S. has embargoed goods, or to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list and other sanctions lists administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). You represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of an embargoed country and that you are not a Specifically Designated National or Blocked Person.
